Copyright and Ownership of Artwork

All artwork created by me, including but not limited to watercolour portrait prints based on customer supplied photographs, remains the intellectual property and copyright of the artist at all times.

The purchase of a print or digital artwork grants the customer a licence for personal use only. This includes display in the home and gifting. The artwork may not be reproduced, resold, altered, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Use of Artwork for Portfolio and Marketing

I reserve the right to photograph, reproduce, and share images of completed artwork for promotional purposes. This may include use on my website, social media platforms, online portfolio, marketing materials, and advertising.

No personal information such as names, dates, or identifying details will be shared unless already visible within the artwork itself.

Opt Out of Sharing

If a customer does not wish for their artwork to be shared publicly, this must be requested in writing at the time of ordering or before final approval of the artwork.

Once artwork has been shared publicly, it may not be possible to remove it from all platforms.

Customer Supplied Photographs

By submitting photographs, the customer confirms they have the right to use and supply these images and that no third party rights are being infringed.
